Carmen will be teaching this Latin-music inspired dance and exercise class on Tuesday and Thursday morning at 9:00 AM and Saturday mornings at 11:00 AM
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — to help improve cardiovascular fitness.
You don't have to be a trained Ballroom dancer to join the class, just come along, have fun and burn some calories. Zumba has been around for more than 20 years and is still growing in popularity.
At this time, masks are required inside the Dance Studio.
